1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. We do not support international delivery at this time.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is completely free for all orders, regardless of your location within Malaysia. There are no hidden charges or additional delivery costs.


3. Shipping Timeframe

All Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing and delivery.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable local courier partners to ensure that your Goods are delivered safely and promptly. You will receive a tracking number via email once your Order has been dispatched.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Delivery Issues

If your Order has not arrived within 7 business days, or if the tracking information indicates a problem, please contact our customer support at fusionflow1@outlook.com for assistance.

We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your package arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging or product
  • A description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter either through a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
